The creation of a book of orchard recipes for Clearview books was an ongoing project that took over a year to complete. Upon release, The Orchard Cook was featured in The Telegraph Magazine, Food & Travel, Country Living and Country File. One of the recipes was used as the cover image for an issue of olive magazine.
